The first time I travelled to Thailand was during my main trip to Asia in 2008/09, but I have returned several times with my wife. Though mostly we are there to see her family, I do get some opportunities for landscape photography, and I got one of my all-time favourite photos of the monsoon clouds during one of our escapes to the beach on Samui island.
